HDFC Bank Timeline Chairman Atanu Chakraborty's resignation letter is dated March 17. He seems to have submitted it to the board on March 18 and stepped down with immediate effect. The bank's board decided to appoint Keki Mistry as interim chairman and received RBI approval for the appointment. The bank informed the stock exchange at 10.33pm.
