Last night, CNN, TMZ, CBS and others reported the dinner gunman was “confirmed dead.” In fact, he was alive and had not been shot. (Just shot at). At a dinner honoring White House reporting, the rush to be first instead of being accurate was on full display. Speaks volumes.

Whitney Cummings dropped this on Modern Wisdom and it stopped me cold. No venting to girlfriends, no public roasts on double dates — especially not while he’s sitting there. Take it to a therapist instead.
Even as a comic who roasts for a living, she won’t cross that line anymore. We’ve gotten way too comfortable turning our partners into content.
That quiet public disrespect might be killing more relationships than we admit.
What’s one boundary like this that saved (or could save) yours?

I attended part of the sentencing hearing for this 🗑️ human. He had enough fentanyl on him to kill many, in addition to meth, weed and a handgun with the serial number scraped off.
He deserved everything he got and more.
