@BodycamVideos_ Looks like that department needs to invest in some stronger magnets for their body cams 🤣

@nfmosphotos @yimmybrungus @lolaMaxCrone @BrianDough45 @Breaking57 You dont have to like it or agree with it, but you should honor the Constitution and the Bill of Rights enough to support the right to exercise those Rights.
English

@yimmybrungus @randallb1968 @lolaMaxCrone @BrianDough45 @Breaking57 Filming is not the same as causing a disturbance. Listen to the way he's talking to the cops, he isnt just peacefully minding his own business. Just a loser that has nothing else to do but waste the time of working people. And why is it cool for someone to case out a business?
English

@nfmosphotos @yimmybrungus @lolaMaxCrone @BrianDough45 @Breaking57 2/2 There are hundreds of vids showing people peacefully &;quietly filming but the gov workers don’t like it so they call police & this is the typical outcome. A lot of times the police talk to a DA & then have to do the walk of shame after the lawyer tells them filming is fine.
English

@nfmosphotos @yimmybrungus @lolaMaxCrone @BrianDough45 @Breaking57 You are correct, filming is not the same as causing a disturbance. We don’t know what happened before the police showed up. Filming in a public place itself cannot cause disturbance. 1/2

@sheldonwasspock @Jim92172176 @BrianDough45 @Breaking57 Is it only the First Amendment that you have issue with, or is it the whole Bill of Rights you don’t like?
English

@randallb1968 @Jim92172176 @BrianDough45 @Breaking57 For being an asshole. If more assholes got their ass kicked when they acted like that the world would be a better place. He should have been sent him with his teeth in a ziplock bag.
English

@randallb1968 @Breaking57 The GOP bends over for $$$ (drug cartel money too), and the "socialists" are unrealistic. Fuck both parties, I'm open to common sense leadership in a well ordered, safe society. Pro-military & police, where common sense remains.
English

@AOLisAOK @Breaking57 ‘They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.’
Benjamin Franklin
Enjoy living in your blue city/state because it’s coming to those places first.
English

@randallb1968 @Breaking57 Ther're so many meth heads, I don't have the freedom to walk down the street w/o being on lookout and/or having a weapon. So fuck it, I good w/ militaristic police state instead of violent crazy meth heads & their cartel-wannabe dealers. I'm anti-GOP bc they're in on it too.$$$$
English

@AOLisAOK @Breaking57 Disturbing the peace is different than cussing out police. Where this messed up is, he raised his voice and then it would become disturbing the peace.
English

@randallb1968 @Breaking57 In my area if someone is acting hostile/erratic and disturbing the peace, cops have and will at least detain if not arrest, especially if peace breacher resists.
English

@BringBackGoogie @Breaking57 The filmer has no obligation to be nice to the police. He and the police(the police swore and oath to support and defend the Constitution) have a duty to abide by the Constitution. If all parties do that, everything is hunky dory. The police did not do that.
English

@Breaking57 What kind of idiot would make a cops job harder?
English

@PALNY5 @Breaking57 In a public place you have no obligation to tell the police what you are doing, unless they have RAS of a crime being committed. Recording in public is not a crime by itself.
English

@Breaking57 The guy recording is an ahole and there is no reason to act in that manner when asked by law enforcement what you are doing or recording.
Not sure if this dude knows but some people might not want to be in his recordings.. so thanks officer for doing ur job!
English

@AOLisAOK @Breaking57 Cops can’t lawfully arrest someone if they haven’t committed a crime. Also, if you start arresting people because they MIGHT OR COULD be there to unalive folks, that’s how dictatorships start.
English

@Breaking57 Did Perry Mason give an update???? This is pretty stupid, especially when he's clearly hostile. How do the cops know 100% that he isn't there to shoot up the place, or is raging on drugs? The OTHER bystanders have a right to safety, glad he was approached & arrested.
English

@BrianDough45 @Breaking57 I agree he shouldn’t be locked up but I sure would like to see him get his ass kicked
English

@lolaMaxCrone @BrianDough45 @Breaking57 This is a serious question…. Who started the disrespect, the cop or the filmer? The cop did by coming up to him and lying and barking unlawful orders.
English

@BrianDough45 @Breaking57 For being a disrespectful asshole… the world needs less of them
English

@elmicomandante @BrianDough45 @Breaking57 You absolutely do. That is literally free speech. There is nothing the police can LEGALLY do to you for telling them to eff off.
English

@BrianDough45 @Breaking57 You don't have the right to say "fuck off dude" to a police officer.
English

@chuksgold86 I think mom is feeling guilty about the cast. I wonder if happened on her watch.
