Generations of American patriots, from our revolution onward, have fought for the principles Zelenskyy is risking his life to defend. But today, Donald Trump and JD Vance attacked Zelenskyy and pressured him to surrender the freedom of his people to the KGB war criminal who invaded Ukraine. History will remember this day— when an American President and Vice President abandoned all we stand for.

Trump and Vance have declared themselves to be on Russia's side in the Russo-Ukraine war.  This is a catastrophic mistake for America's national security.  And let's be clear:  Trump and Vance now personally own that policy.  It is not the view of a majority of Americans of either or no political party.

Can you imagine a more dangerous baby than @JDVance ? He's jealous that @elonmusk is the defacto VP, so he blows up important talks to get attention. Despicable and juvenile, and will have dangerous consequences for the world.

@_austrian I finally filed it on my own and don't know if i did it correctly. It's a lot of money we spent because of the delay and I'd like to be reimbursed quickly. The guy said you are 30 days out on replying. Wow.

@_austrian I filed a complaint but not my claim. I was trying to file the claim and the receipts and had questions. You guys tweeted me a number that doesn't work. I finally reached internet help customer service but he was unable to connect me to actual customer service

@_austrian totally incompetent in Florence. Really astounding.

@_austrian Today i am trying to phone for help with the reimbursement form. Each time i call the call gets disconnected 20 seconds in, right when it's asking to send permission about a survey. I've now tried three times. What is going on that no one at your airline can help????

@AustrinAirhelp I did that already. We've now been waiting over an hour to get a taxi to Bologna. This is so ridiculous and such incompetence. They should have sent us right away. Seriously how do you train these people???

@_austrian We got on a bus and said to collect our luggage in lost and found. She then walked away without checking if our luggage was there, which it was not. We then had to ask someone else to help us because NO ONE from Austrian Airlines was near. Total chaos and disregard for customers

@_austrian The young man working had no idea how to explain the situation. The woman with the long dark hair was aggressive and showed no concern for the passengers. She insists they asked for volunteers but NO ONE could hear the young man.

Literally incompetent. They have no idea how to communicate and no interest in helping the passengers. Worst airline staff i've seen in a long time.
