@JulieChangRE I have a friend from SD who relocated, bought a house, couldn't handle the insane weather and came back. Now renting that S.ATX house to a nice lesbian couple. I learned the term "plunge pool" from my friend.

There is so much for rent in ATX For anyone downsizing and wanting to travel, no longer be a slave to maintaining their home or just un-interested in moving to the suburbs to find more affordable homes Why buy when you can live in central ATX for under 3k for a 2/2 and have views or a state of the art gym?

Some old white guy in a new white Cadillac raging on the road today in a construction zone. Dodged all the cars waiting patiently in line by going through the closed right hand lane, laid on his horn, throwing hands up and screaming into his steering wheel. Then he turned right onto the 5 North, presumably heading to La Jolla, maybe even en route to his tee time, and yes he had a golf shirt on. I'm a bit unhinged too, as a slight twinge in me wanted to ruin his life, although I'm sure it's already miserable and no real help in order to do that.
