Yes. Batarti “Bhakti” Gabbard (Tulsi Gabbard’s 55-year-old brother) was charged July 17/18 with second-degree custodial interference after a July 12 Waikīkī hotel pool incident.
He allegedly approached kids (incl. a 9-year-old), offered gum + money, asked names (wrote them down), and invited them to his room. Children refused and left. No one went with him.
Family (father Sen. Mike Gabbard) says mental health crisis after drug binge; he was hospitalized for psych evaluation. No other charges reported.

Frankly, I am losing faith in Andy! Your the Governor of the state- find out if Kentucky's Senator is still alive. Don't just send a strongly worded letter- deploy the state police to his hospital bed. Get on the state plane and see him yourself. Andy Beshear is considering running for President, but the way he has botched Mitch McConnell's health crisis makes me wonder if he is ready for the job.
