@PaulTassi All artifact perks should be available at all times once you have enough levels to unlock their respective columns. Especially this season when they clearly want you leaning arc or stasis with builds it is beyond frustrating having to change the perks every time

can't add two more rows of artifact perks by the end of a season with no more points to spend half these slots overlap anyway. since you can't save in loadouts, just annoying

I crowd-sourced over 452 drops of the VS Chill Inhibitor, and the results were eye-opening. I was genuinely shocked the first time I saw this chart. Look at that gradient... This is certainly not uniform, but its not quite enough evidence on its own.

So they say so I'll give this long complex area for instance that I talked about a lot of different territory… You know, for a town hall, there's a lot of people but the fake news likes to say, the fake news likes to say, oh, he was rambling. No, no, that's not rambling. That's genius. When you can connect the dots. Now, now, Sarah, if you couldn't connect the dots, you got a problem. But every dot was connected and many stories were told in that little paragraph
