@skilleahy I’ve read that in the news, but I have no idea. With the markets near all-time highs, they were due for a pullback or correction anyway. COVID news has been bad, too.

@randy_mentz I have been trying to figure out the market since Robinhood (and failing.). Is the last couple of days about firms raising capital by selling stock to get out of short positions?

So GME still has a short interest of 113% of total outstanding shares? How is this not a crime? Seriously. It should be one.

Has anyone heard when mediacom in Dubuque comes back? Does anyone have service?

@drewkluesner Mine is still not working in Dubuque. I saw one tweet from a Mediacom Cable account saying that they suspected a fiber cable was cut and technicians were trying to locate it. That was around 7 pm. They might not have found the problem yet.

@MediacomCable There are widespread outages in Dubuque, Iowa. A local Facebook group has more than 20 reports of internet outages in the past 20 minutes. Please provide a PUBLIC announcement regarding the status of the outages. No, I will not DM with my account information.

@Fidelity Fractional trading lured me away from Robinhood, but your EFT authorization process is ridiculous. I've been sitting on the sidelines for more than a week while you reject every document my bank is providing. No, I won't call you and wait on hold for an eternity.

@AskeBay How is it possible that a seller can cancel an order after I’ve paid and not issue a refund?! This is the worst user experience I’ve had with eBay. None of the help options on the eBay website seem to address this problem.

Here's the paraphrased response I got from @tunein and @tuneinsupport about audiobooks: "Yes we're dropping audiobooks. No we're not lowering the price. We hope you like our other premium content like live sports and live-streaming MSNBC news." FAIL. I'll be cancelling shortly

@tunein and @TuneInSupport, don’t you think your loyal subscribers deserve an explanation for dropping audiobooks from your premium service? What’s with the silence? This is customer service 101 stuff. Get your act together.
