Affordable housing’ sounds comforting—but it’s misleading. Markets don’t care about intentions. In a high-demand place like Boise, prices won’t fall without a serious increase in supply, particularly smaller homes. Math beats slogans.

@DrJessTaylor Love this post, but what's sad is you and Charlie probably have 90%-95% in common, as I probably have the same ratio in common with people I don't agree with politically. However we as people choose to focus on the few things that divide us. What you focus on expands.

I doubt Charlie Kirk and I would agree on anything but I do not give a single fuck. A human was just publicly executed at a university for having views other people did not agree with.
The fact that there are so-called anti-gun and anti-violence people on this platform celebrating the violent murder of someone is enough internet for me.
If you are truly anti-gun and anti-violence - and you are smugly or gleefully enjoying this, you’re absolutely sickening. The tweets I am seeing from professionals and activists revelling in this murder are unforgivable.

While this is posted on Fox News, this is not political. This interview is very interesting. How can anyone be against increasing efficiency in the government?

NEW: The man who was caught on camera keying a Tesla in San Jose, California, has been arrested.
Good.
Police say the man was arrested for felony vandalism.
“Within less than 24 hours of the viral vandalism incident being reported to the San Jose Police Department, we successfully identified, located, and arrested the individual responsible for this act of felony vandalism,” said SJPD Chief Paul Joseph.
“This senseless crime and its subsequent consequences should serve as a clear reminder: no matter one's personal beliefs or frustrations, they do not justify illegal actions. I urge everyone to respect one another and, above all, to respect the law.”

@DavidAnber @CNviolations I mean, how is the truck expected to see a bike 20-30 feet behind him?
English

@CNviolations It depends what you mean by “in the wrong”. Both did something wrong but the clearly most wrong person is the cyclist. There’s no question.
When the cyclist saw this (see picture) and didn’t slow down he was being an entitled prick and he (the cyclist) caused this collision.

English

@DavidAnber @CNviolations Seriously, how is the truck expected to even see the cyclist?
English

@MackinawPatriot @CNviolations Seriously, there's no way for the truck to even see him, let alone the cyclist is going like 20 MPH on a sidewalk. Makes cyclist look bad. hope he never rides again.
English

Both of them are in the wrong. The cyclist clearly saw the truck and could have stopped. And the driver should’ve been far more aware of his surroundings, seeing a cyclist on the sidewalk. The cyclists are incredibly vulnerable, yet I have seen so many with a sense of entitlement who seemingly allow situations like this to vent their rage or to get a payday. We have to share some responsibility on the road with each other.
English

@CNviolations The Cyclist was big time in the wrong. No way the truck sees him.
