@Delta@Delta I had an international flight booked that had a layover in Seoul. Customer support told me I’d get an ecredit for my flight, but after receiving an email confirmation, the credit is not showing up on my account. Please help! And the customer care line has a 4 hour wait!
To ease customers who are uncertain about upcoming travel, we are waiving change fees for travel to both international and domestic locations through April 30 for all tickets issued on or before March 9.
