The state is looking for Neutral Language for the Chapter 135 Repeal question on the ballot and this is what they suggest which is anything BUT neutral and VERY misleading at best, and a total LIE at worst. Ref. Referendum on Existing Law: An Act Modernizing Firearm Laws Firearms Regulation A YES VOTE would keep in place the law, which increases the regulation of firearms, including ghost guns, machine guns, and assault-style weapons. A NO VOTE would repeal this law. Here is my Suggestion for Neutral Language: A YES vote would continue the increased regulations of Licensed Gun Owners A NO vote would repeal Chapter 135 back to 2024 Strict Gun Control Levels What would you suggest?
