Our reporter @conor_matchett has just asked John Swinney if he thinks giving a 'no comment' interview (as Nicola Sturgeon did) is fully cooperating with police (as Sturgeon promised to do). FM's response: "I've got no comment to offer about police investigations."

This is correct. Kirsten Oswald was happy to shut down questioning. As was Alex Kerr who is now the national secretary of the SNP. There are plenty of witnesses who will speak to this should there be a proper independent inquiry. Both should be considering their position.

Kirsten Oswald as chair allowed Ian Cockburn to attack the NEC member alerting the governing body of their denial of access to the accounts. She then joined in on the pile on of the member. She has been promoted to a govt minister & we’re to believe Swinney knew nothing. Really?
