@travelstart You ticketed our 9AM flight to Diani and gave us a confirmation number. We woke up at 3AM and found email from you informing us you couldn't issue the ticket. Our hotel reservation is claiming "no show" and has refused to refund nor credit us for future stay.

The system is not broken. It is so because some have a vested interest to keep it so.
