HOLY CRAP Trump actually accomplished a miracle. Here is what he got out of Iran: - Reduce its stockpile of enriched uranium by about 98% - Limit uranium enrichment to 3.67% purity (far below weapons-grade) - Cut the number of installed centrifuges by roughly two-thirds - Only enrich uranium at one declared site (Natanz) - Stop enrichment activities at Fordow and convert it into a research facility - Redesign the Arak heavy-water reactor so it could not easily produce weapons-grade plutonium - Ship out or dilute excess enriched uranium Allow extensive inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Permit continuous monitoring of nuclear facilities and supply chains - Accept “snap” inspections under expanded monitoring rules - Avoid building new heavy-water reactors for years - Stay within strict limits on uranium stockpile size and centrifuge development for set periods ranging from 10–25 years Ooops, sorry! That was the JCPOA that Obama signed with Iran, only to have him tear it up, kill 140 kids, get hundreds of Americans injured, 13 killed, and gas prices to surge 50%.

This is Adam Hoffman, a 49-year-old Waco, TX attorney. He faced life without parole for repeatedly raping a young boy. Texas AG Ken Paxton offered him 1 day in jail and no need to register as a sex offender. A judge increased his sentence to a whopping 60 days. He gets out in June. Not an immigrant. Not a trans person. Not a Black or brown person. Every MAGA accusation is a confession. Full story: letsaddresstexas.substack.com/p/ken-paxtons-…

HOA Karen got caught red-handed filming this dude’s FENCED backyard like it’s national security footage 📹🏡 Bro out here dropping ‘HOA, y’all gotta be stopped’ while defending his own property 😭 Peak 2026 suburban warfare. Next up: fines for uneven grass blades and Ring cams pointed at the grill. HOAs = neighborhood communism with worse landscaping and maximum nosiness.

70% of FIFA hotel bookings in Boston, Dallas, LA, Philly & Seattle are CANCELED. 80% of hoteliers say bookings are below forecasts. NYC may LOSE money on the World Cup. Trump's visa chaos & immigration threats are killing the US economy.

@Ravenismeee At age 70, still working, we secured a Home Equity Line of Credit as a bit of additional low cost financial insurance. Interest rate far lower than credit cards. Have used the line several times in the years since, instead of selling stocks.

Realistically, what’s stopping someone from taking out a huge loan at like 90 years old and spending it all before they die

@ELBainter @obsessafilma The original word processor. I suspect many important documents (Declaration of Independence, Constitution) were similarly constructed.

I remember doing 3 x 5 cards with a single thought, data point, or quote, on each one, each card having a correctly formatted citation in one corner, page number in another, probably something I’ve forgotten by now another corner, then shuffling those bad boys back-and-forth, then finally handwriting a paper based on the order of the cards, and then finally committing the whole thing to 8 1/2 x 11 pieces of paper with a manual typewriter and same page citations. It was pretty straightforward and logical, but oh how tedious.

So, speaking as a professor, 9 times out of 10 we DID read your paper. We're asking YOU to tell US what it's about because it's: a) of PhD/expert quality when it wasn't before b) worded in a way completely different than you usually write c) got the ChatGPT prompt at the top.
North Badu@Haliwa_Saponi

Asking a student to make time to come to office hrs to tell you what a paper is about (when they don’t need or want your help) is nuts when you could do your job and just read the paper… This is why so many ppl are turning away from traditional school. Who has the time?

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught on video telling a U.S. born citizen that his driver’s license was not proof of citizenship because “anyone can get that.” In the video, the man repeatedly told them he was born in the U.S…. In Atlantic City. He showed them his license. They dismissed it. He showed them ANOTHER form of ID. They STILL kept interrogating him about where he lived, who he lived with, whether Venezuelans lived in his home, who had been in his car, and whether the vehicle was registered to him. All while illegally detaining him in his car. And in the end… The agents admitted they weren’t even looking for the person connected to the car’s registration. So, why was this U.S. citizen stopped, surrounded, and interrogated in the first place? The Fourth Amendment does not disappear because agents “suspect” someone might be undocumented. You do not have to repeatedly prove your citizenship to federal agents because they decided you “look foreign enough” to question. Yet, this keeps happening to U.S. citizens across the country.

@SalaryDr I call shenanigans. His work week is more like 12+ hrs each day in the hospital and another 3-4 studying at home. It took me all the hours I could stay awake to learn everything I needed to know.

My daughter works at a gas station. Night shift. Pays her college tuition. She called me crying last Tuesday. Said a woman came in at 2 AM. Three kids asleep in her car. Counted change for gas. $4.18. Asked how far that would get her. My daughter said she was running. You could see it. The fear. The bruises. My daughter filled her tank. Gave her $30 from the register. Her own money. Said the woman grabbed her hands and just cried. My daughter’s 19. Works minimum wage.

@WSJ It’s means matching the right skills with the current needs of the patient. Routine health maintenance and BP checks don’t need an MD in most cases.

@SalaryDr May have included a stipend for overseeing the work of several NP/PA health professionals. Also, the EMR time was probably not included in this 36 hour figure. We always need to know what is behind the data.
