The disappearance of Sarthak Mohapatra, a merchant navy cadet from Odisha is deeply worrying. He was last seen on 3rd February 2026 aboard the vessel EA Jersey near Mauritius waters. Despite ongoing searches, there has been no breakthrough yet. I urge External Affairs Minister @DrSJaishankar to intensify efforts, coordinate closely with international agencies and provide full support to the family.
