Actual bill generated was 1 lac higher than estimate given which was sent to TPA for preapproval. no consent or information was taken for change in the higher amount from estimate. Implants were added and seperate procedure was billed to charge OT charges twice for same surgery.

@OlaElectric @bhash there's no use taking ola care + as you never get service on time . For past one month I am trying to get slot but every time it's says not available. Past wk isse ticket was raise but closed without any resolution. You can't connect thru helpline no. As well.

@bhash @OlaElectric @ola_supports slots are never available so what's the use of taking ola care + . Waste of money.. no vehicle annual checkup, no service, not able to book slots if there's any issues, even if engr comes he is not able to solve the problem.
