Shocked by @MaxHealthcare (Max Lab). Paid a premium for home blood collection & they sent an untrained boy. His hands were shaking, he poked the needle in & couldn't find the vein. Had to stop him for my safety. Management didn't care. Local labs are safer & cheaper! Unacceptable
