Remembering my father Abdul Gani Lone who was killed by gunmen on this day 23 years ago. He sacrificed his life in pursuit of his dream for peace. Those were even darker days than today. Speaking the truth often invited retribution. I remember when he died we called him the Martyr to Peace. Never in these 23 years has the need for peace dawned on us as it has in the last thirty days. May Allah grant him Jannat. May he rest in peace. May those who killed him burn in Hell and May all those cowards who kill non combatants, civilians, innocent tourists burn in Hell.

@Drqasba Our attitude on the roads is seriously one of the huge factors, Sir but these traffic signals, except at a few places, are non functional for a long time now. Fixing them would go a long way in solving the problem.

@rather_shagufta Yes , it is possible … we (SMC ) installed these way back in 2012 and since have seen periodic upgradation. Once we decide to be seriously to stream line these traffic jams , it will happen . Perhaps to be organised in life ( and on road ) is not our priority :)

What will it take to fix these traffic signals??? Why can't anyone empathize with the daily commuter on these roads!!! #jahangirchowk

Never had i ever imagined i would get unconscious on field. Someone sent me the video. I saw it and realised, my Job is tough and needs me more than i need this Job. A day or two, i will be back on the field exactly in the shape in which i was on January 12, 2004 when i started my Journey. Death scared me but with now near death experience, the scare is gone. Had i been doing this live on the Residency Road, Jammu where actually the video was planned to be done, situation might have gotten worse. But it seems, Universe has some other plans. I need your support and blessings. Thanks for being with me in this hour of crisis. Thanks to the staff of SSH Jammu and especially @DrSushil6.
