you might argue this is bad management, but, if thats the case, how come it is common practice for managers at every major corporation (name and shame your managers who dont do this and i will punish then with nonstop applications for jobs they supervise)

one of the reasons im not a good manager is that i am not good at just arbitrarily disrupting an entire functioning system (making the company lose time and money) just to make sure workers know i am the boss alas, this is one of the hallmarks of management i lack
