I don't train forearms. I don't train traps. I barely train abs. I don't train my neck. Heavy rows, pull-ups, presses and lower body compounds cover most of it for me. What muscle group do you never train directly but still seems to grow anyway?

This is why a lot of athletes become overweight when they retire and no longer exercise. They continue eating high calories. Incidently, I've noticed high-carb fueled long distance runners put on fat when they can't train for a couple weeks. They're essentially eating an obesogenic diet masked by lots of training. When the training stops they pile the fat on.
