When you're 5'11 200 lb is the tech, for a natural. Great Strength and High Testosterone around that range. I have dabbled in the Leanness of 190 and it doesn't match up. That level of leanness is for influencers funneling in customers who are gravitating towards aesthetics. To be honest I could even say getting up to 200 and slowly recomping over the years may even be better than strict Bulking (nuances not included). The most progress I've ever achieved mixed with the best recovery has always been around 200. And over the years my 200 has gotten leaner and leaner. Just some food for thought for the 5'11 Natural

@bodybyzedd @timmyhasagoatee I hate that crap so much. Some of us are out here actually trying to educate and make a living training and it's people engagement farming the most retarded fitness opinions who make it twice as hard to educate someone.

Deadlifting/squatting heavy without a belt isn’t a flex…and it doesn’t make you stronger than those who use it You’re just waiting for an injury to happen

It's a big flex actually. It definitely makes them stronger. It doesn't make them safer in the gym but it does make them safer outside of the gym. Take two people squatting 600lb at the same rep count and tempo Person A. wears a belt Person B. Doesn't Unlike person A. person B. has to use more intra-abdominal pressure without the assistance of the belt. Making his core significantly stronger. A core that strong is less prone to injury outside of the gym. The only caveat to this is that person A will have a better chance increasing his squat and decreasing risk of injury while in the gym. Yes it's good to understand core engagement without a belt but always, a belt is really great for giving you the assistance you need to push your strength to new levels.

@Codyssay Loading up nearly a thousand pounds to perform the range of reps you did has nothing to do with health. People see that and think that there's nothing wrong with it and end up injuring themselves attempting the same thing.

@TheStrongDad It wasn't even ego reps 😂 we did a "lift that pokemon challenge" that called for the weight, I did a weight in between my previous max and this to make sure it was safe to do, and it was in the spirit of fun and health. If you can't understand that this discussion is over

@GothMech Creatine helps you mostly during the exercise. It helps your body replenish ATP during intense exercise. It also helps your muscles stay well hydrated. However at the end of the day all of the hard work still belongs you.

@TheStrongDad Definitely on the fence. Been on it for months, unable to determine if my gains are because of my increased activity levels or my increased activity levels are because of creatine... 😭 *Just a dumb mechanic.😅

@Codyssay Calling it a PR when you know that zero reps were performed gives you negative Aura. It would have been impressive if you'd have gotten a full range of motion with half of the weight. Ego reps get no points.

@TheStrongDad Aura loss is a little extreme no? Sure you can argue I needed to go lower on the descent and I can see that but I think trying to tear down instead of educate is a loss of aura

Gym rats, I need your opinion. If your goal is muscle growth, are you choosing: 🏋️ Heavy weights, fewer reps or 💪 Lighter weights, more reps?

@kletlape I did listen. All of this is prevented by using the safety clips. It's not about "being like me"It's about using the equipment properly to maximize safety. People irresponsibly use gym equipment and get injured because of it. You may not like My delivery but I'm 100% correct.

@bodybyzedd I'm sorry brother but.... Not valid. I can tell by the speed of the bar, you most likely would have gotten it without him touching it. But we both know even a slight touch is a reduction in weight.
