for as much as I love that bit they have in AB2, i can't help but feel like Chuck and Bomb have been reduced to comedic relieves in the sequel, whilst in the first installment they do feel like palpable, grounded charactes even if they do have their zany moments

Holy fuck, does Billy West's Ren voice suck here. Nobody would be able to do John K.'s Ren, but honestly, you could have gotten some fucking rando and they probably would have done a better Ren. Billy is a good voice actor, but he's got that youthful, nasal, and light voice. He's the last guy you should get for Ren.
