Laut Greenpeace-Studie verfügen Europa & Kanada zusammen gegenüber Russland über 2.215 zu 1.064 Kampfflugzeuge, über 143 zu 34 Kriegsschiffe, und geben mit 626 Mrd. Dollar mehr als drei Mal so viel für Verteidigung aus wie Russland mit 190 Mrd. Wer trotzdem nach mehr Aufrüstung ruft, tut dies, nicht weil die Zahlen es verlangen, sondern weil die Rüstungsindustrie es wünscht.

After the massacre at Babyn Yar, where the Nazis murdered more than 33,000 Jewish women, children, and men, Andriy Melnyk, OUN leader, issued a New Year’s address to his followers: “In the German soldiers we see those who, under the leadership of Adolf Hitler, drove the Bolsheviks out of Ukraine; we are consciously and systematically obliged to assist them in their crusade against Moscow, regardless of any difficulties.” Members of the OUN under Melnyk’s leadership served in the auxiliary police that facilitated the Holocaust. They also joined the Waffen-SS Galicia Division and other Nazi collaborationist formations. Today, Zelensky in Kyiv honors Melnyk as a Ukraine's national hero and lays flowers on his grave, thereby downplaying the OUN’s role in the Holocaust. This is a historical revisionism and Holocaust distortion. A nation that turns Nazi helpers into national heroes has no democratic future, no real prospect of peace or prosperity. By glorifying those who served evil, it condemns itself to moral decay and ultimately, to self-destruction. And Zelensky must be held accountable for this.
