@SourceDuMal That's when the home shipped things can be a good plan. Also, toasted sandwiches with good stuff are a go to for me, less than 5 min but still something warm.

@alexandrasts @simsimmaaz The doctor that got through to me was the one that explained how your eyes get more vascularized (grow more blood vessels) if not getting enough oxygen from contacts not being removed which makes your eyes permanently more red.

@simsimmaaz what are the consequences of oxygen deprivation long term?

My optometrist said he can tell I sleep in my contacts because he can see signs of oxygen deprivation in my corneas so this is a reminder to take your contacts out tonight 😭
