And they just closed the case without solving it. Like what about the money I paid for our stay overnight out of my pocket that wasn’t even our fault?

It’s been almost 5 months and @flyPAL didn’t even bother to compensate the amount I have paid out of my pocket when they cancelled their flight in Seattle. I had my toddler with me and all they offered was chips and soda. It was an overnight flight, no hotel accommodation given.

@flyPAL is the worst airline I have ever flown. Not just the flight got canceled with my child. Which was overnight. But they lost my luggage too. And now they are taking so much time when it comes for the claim. If you’re flying pal from Seattle. DONT EVER.
