@LordHuzaifaa That was genuine advice. By selecting medicine as your first rotation, one will become able to manage patients and deal different sos in a better way and will practice medicine throughout the HJ.

Do not do that. Select the rotation you wanna pursue in future. First 3 months you are full of energy and eager to learn. Your first rotation will automatically become your favourite. So choose wisely and go with the one you love.

I did anesthesia rotation and don't know why I couldn't master spinal anesthesia the way I should be like I can do intubation and CVP lines perfectly but first spinal nai lgta phir slowly slowly hath set HOTA hai 😐😐

Gave my 3 months to this ward, worked day and night, sacrificed sleep and mental peace; and now when i went back after a gap of 3 months to get my experience signed, our in-charge, the person who literally looked for every face on daily basis, didn't recognize me at all. 💔

My senior knows I am good at this and thus she allowed me to proceed.That PGR mocked me by saying k yay HO hai tu hum NY senior sy krwani hai and my mam countered her by saying our HOs are more skilful than most of you people 😂 She insisted and finally Mam passed the CVP line

Some seniors are so narrow minded that they can't tolerate if any junior or HO is more compatible than them in some procedures. Yesterday a female PGR from surgery came to SER for the CVP line of a protocol patient.I being from anesthesia asked my Senior mam for this.
