🇵🇰 TOP OFFICIAL IN PAKISTAN QUITS AFTER IMRAN KHAN GIVES THE ORDER Ali Amin Gandapur has resigned as the head of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a province in northwest Pakistan, following directions from former Prime Minister Imran Khan. He says when he took charge, the area was struggling with major financial problems and serious violence from militants. In a year and a half, with help from his team and Imran Khan’s guidance, he says they brought stability and started big development projects. He admits it wasn’t perfect... but says he worked with full honesty for the people. The region was once officially labeled a warzone. Source: @AliAminKhanPTI

🇵🇰 IMRAN KHAN: OUR DEMOCRACY IS UNDER ATTACK Imran Khan says court proceedings against him are neither fair nor transparent, with his lawyers sidelined and witnesses testifying in his absence. He blasted Pakistan’s 26th Constitutional Amendment as turning the judiciary into a tool of the government, accusing it of crushing democracy while the economy collapses. Khan warned military operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa only kill innocents and fuel terrorism, calling for dialogue instead. He added that both he and his wife, Bushra Bibi, are in solitary confinement, denied visits and medical care. Source: @ImranKhanPTI

🇵🇰 IMRAN KHAN BLAMES ASIM MUNIR FOR ESCALATION IN TRIBAL AREAS Speaking from Adiala Jail, former PM Imran Khan condemned the bombardment of Tirah Valley that killed children, women, and civilians, calling it a “trap” set for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government. Khan argued military operations only fuel terrorism, citing warnings from Afghan leaders Ghani and Karzai that civilian deaths drive recruitment into the Taliban. He accused Army Chief Asim Munir of worsening ties with Kabul through expulsions of Afghan refugees and drone strikes, saying Munir’s agenda is to weaken PTI in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and appease Western lobbies. Khan urged dialogue among four stakeholders, the Afghan government, Pakistani government, and the tribal and Afghan people, to restore peace along the 2,500 km border.
