Is litter on the A1 verges in @southkesteven a problem? @NationalHways has to mow the verges but doesn't clear any litter from them - SKDC is required to pick the litter. I don't see why SKDC council tax payers should pay for keeping the A1 clean. youtu.be/KkH8olTdCQs
