Good day Tommy My daughters 1st day back at school today, costessey high school in Norwich around a 10 minute walk away from the brooke hotel where the weekly protests take place She came home and explained how they had a talk about migrants In this meeting she was told not to believe anything on any social media platforms They referred to all the migrants being scared of the protests They had to do a true or false statement on the migrants , for example so the migrants get free phones , do the migrants get allowances each week. 1 boy got sent to Instant isolation for not agreeing with the statements. I monitor my daughters social media platforms But with fake news broadcast regularly on the BBC and some fake news on social media I would rather my daughter make her own decision on matters rather than be feed possible fake statements at school It would also have been better if us as parents received some Information from the school on this talk taking place today
