Is it just me, but for the last couple of months, all the athlete podcasts and hot take shows seem to spend more time going viral, attacking each other, or random beefs that have nothing to do with the show, than actually talking about any actual topics?

Being a sports fan is really stupid when you think about it. There's a 99.9% chance every season will end with disappointment. NFL has 32 teams. Only 1 champion. NBA has 30 teams. Only 1 champion. MLB has 30 teams. Only 1 champion. College sports has 300+ teams. Only 1 champion. Anywho, Go Royals!

dirty little secret-- the Dodgers have slowly reduced capacity of Dodger Stadium from 56,000 to under 53,000, and the media has not noticed it and doesn't report it. This makes tickets more expensive.

Pace of play is based on the individual and not their handicap. Having a low handicap doesn’t always equate quick pace of play

I’ve razzed CBS a lot, but I think the coverage has been much better today. That segment about Iowa/Florida’s pace contrast was terrific, the halftime of Iowa St/Kentucky had some decent breakdowns and a really good Zuby segment. Credit where it’s due!

Watching NCAA tournament. I vaguely remember when teams ran plays? Is it just a series of ‘one on one’ competitions on each team? Carrying the ball really helps with that, too.
