I went to IKEA on Sunday last week and stood in a queue for 30 minutes with perhaps 200+ people I didn’t know for a wardrobe. But I can’t get married in a venue which is mostly outdoors with people I do know, to take part in a formal and important life event 🤷‍♀️ #whataboutweddings

#whataboutweddings The industry is full of small, family businesses that are barely afloat. No one is saying bring back large events before it’s safe, but need support and a road map to recovery.

We're a husband and wife wedding photography team. Instead of the 37 full day weddings we had in our diary for this year, we've shot just 4 half days. We have 50 dates booked in for 2021. We ARE viable, the work is there- but only if we can survive that long #whataboutweddings
