@DawnMarieWed @SamsungUK I stuck with them because I used the Note series for a lot of on the go photo editing. Now everyone has a big screen phone and amazing camera function, there really is no reason to stick with them. I'm hearing very good things about the Pixl phones.

1. Hey @SamsungUK after over an hour on the phone to your utterly useless customer service team I'm still waiting for an answer. Why do you take payment for a timed delivery when according to your own customer service department they have no control over when deliveries are made

@angiegatfield In the majority of cases, our customers receive the order on time, in some cases, they do not, if this occurs the customer is entitled to a refund of the service. They do have the option for a free delivery should they choose. ^PB

@SamsungUK could we all know what is going on with the galaxy watch deliveries? A lot of customers need a explanation for the "unforeseen" problems not related to Samsung. Because to me it just sounds like a pass the buck situation.

@SamsungUK I made a report about a problem with my screen after a system update 2 months ago and never get a response, however it stopped (I think) after a different update so I assumed that was it. However while watching a film it has started to flicker again out of nowhere.

@SamsungUK DPD turned up today to collect. Though booked or Tuesday. Had no label as promised so I refused to hand over. Delivery man said Samsung are a shambles it’s always like this. Indeed you are. So what next, another phone call to your help desk (6th)??

Surely this is in breach of UK Consumer rights? They state a TV should last up to 6 years. @SamsungHelpUK clearly don’t care or value about loyal long standing customers. I’m absolutely furious as I can’t afford a new television due to the cost of living crisis.

Shocking customer service from @SamsungHelpUK I’ve had 3 Samsung TVs in the space of 4 years and all have developed the same fault. It’s clearly a fault but Samsung don’t want to know as it’s past the warranty. Always been a Samsung customer but LG here I come. So annoyed.

@SamsungUK what a dreadful customer experience. 3 days via Samsung members app, glitches, unable to order Galaxy 5 watch & make payment, or use members points. Finally paid to get phone today. Now "delayed due to unforeseen circumstances" Why is that? Very, Very Poor so far!?!

Bizarre. Returned home from being out of the house & found the glass on the door of our @SamsungUK washing machine had exploded 😱 Had been intact the previous day after doing a small delicates wash. Anyone else had this happen?! @WhichUK Scary!

@SamsungUK Hi again, still having issues with the phone's performance including the camera (having to reset the camera app multiple times and even that has stopped working. The phone has also frozen a few times despite not having many apps open. What is the next step from here?
