@razeal166@iMiaSanMia@DFB_Team I was born near Munchen and have been a Bayern fan most of my life, so I do have a connection with Germany. I really don't care about Romania in any way. They are awful at many things, football included
@iMiaSanMia@DFB_Team Is nagelsman a cretin? Why would you take goretzka instead of bischof? Bischof is better on any parameters (passing, shooting, duels, technical abilities, defending, versatility etc.). He is better than Kimmich/Pavlovic in many aspects. Kompany didn't play him enough sadly..
@iMiaSanMia Considering how weak the RB position is for the national team. I could see him become Kimmichs backup, someone who can also play that inverted FB role and be part of that midfield.
Bischof on Vincent Kompany: "I've learned a lot from him giving me the confidence to play left-back and right-back. He simply makes me feel like he trusts me. I think that gives a player, and me in particular, a tremendous amount. In the beginning, he helped me immensely, coaching me a lot with every single move, and now I'm realizing just how much that's brought me. I've never had a season where I've learned as much as I have under him" [@SkySportDE]
@PepitoGarcia202@theMadridZone Memo Ochoa didn’t play a single game in 2006 (Oswaldo Sánchez) and 2010 (Oscar Perez) because he was not the first choice keeper in both. He started as first choice in 2014, so no, he doesn’t have the record. Messi does because he actually played in all 6 tournaments
@BestITW89@iMiaSanMia@_kochmaximilian@Abendzeitung Knowing how German media works, I know this is some made up drama. Nagelsmann probably never planned to take Nübel but they wanna create some toxic story around it now
Alexander Nübel is uncertain to be called up for the World Cup. Manuel Neuer does not have the best of relationships with Nübel. This could cost the latter his World Cup spot. Nagelsmann would then choose between Dahmen and Atubolu [@_kochmaximilian, @Abendzeitung]
@ShamelesssFC@KielerBine@iMiaSanMia scoring 3 or 4 goals against quarabag which in any day Jackson could score same doesn’t make the player’s price tag high
But am not tryna say he’s not good but the reasons for making his price tag high is way off
Sources have described the talks between Newcastle and Bayern as amicable, but Newcastle made it clear they do not want to sell a player they signed for £45m for a small profit, and will seek around £80m. They have pointed out to their German counterparts that Gordon has become an important part of the England team and scored 10 goals in the Champions League. He has also shown he can play as a centre forward as well as on both wings, which only increases his value. Gordon has not behaved badly at this stage and it has been explained to the player and his representatives that he will only be allowed to depart this summer on terms that are acceptable to Newcastle [@LukeEdwardsTele]
Jamal Musiala in @SkySportDE interview
• On his current level: "I don't know, it's hard to say. I think I've had good spells, sometimes not so good spells, which is perfectly normal. I think it was good to get back into the rhythm and into the team. As I've already said: I'm really happy with what I've been able to achieve. I know there are still steps forward, what I can do, what's still missing from last season. But I think I'm very, very satisfied with where I expected to be months ago and where I am now."

Anthony Gordon has agreed terms with Bayern Munich. However, there remains a significant gulf between Bayern and Newcastle after the clubs began talks. Newcastle are seeking £75m (€87m) or more for the winger. And there is optimism that the club’s valuation will be met, given the volume of initial interest [@JacobsBen]
Behind the scenes at the DFB, there are increasing signs that Julian Nagelsmann could include Manuel Neuer in his World Cup squad. The topic has been, and continues to be, discussed far more intensely and controversially internally than Nagelsmann is willing to portray publicly. FC Bayern are also aware of that.
On Monday, the DFB had to submit a preliminary list of 55 players to FIFA, including at least five goalkeepers. The list is not publicly available, but it can be assumed that Neuer's name is on it, along with those of Oliver Baumann, Alexander Nübel, Finn Dahmen, and Jonas Urbig
Both Nagelsmann and Neuer have repeatedly insisted that they maintain a good relationship and are in regular contact. The significant tensions that Nagelsmann, then Bayern coach, caused in January 2023 during Neuer's serious leg injury by dismissing his long-time confidant Toni Tapalovic have long since been resolved. Nagelsmann will announce his final squad on May 21st
