@razimantv made a really good maze generator in C++ but it hasn’t been usable in the browser yet. Used Claude on mobile to ask it to first make a byte for byte identical CLI in typescript and then make a browser version. samhann.github.io/mazegenerator/

Powerful laser light can overcome some typical material limitations: It can create new colours of light with double the frequency, and change material properties rapidly. We study frequency-doubled light in a time-varying material and use this effect to do computations!

Latest paper! Modern lasers come in various shapes and sizes. We made a spider web-like semiconductor laser, thinner than a human hair. It is multicolour and very sensitive. They are promising for photonic chip integration. We are currently teaching them to do image recognition!

Prof. Laxmidhar Behera, the Director of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, teaching his graduates about human anatomy and physiology and the process of heart attack and death. He has published three graduate level textbooks, 110 peer reviewed journal papers, 208 papers in conference proceedings and 17 book chapters. Prof. Behera is proof that teaching at, or studying in IITs does not guarantee intelligence.

Strange situation with @GermanEmbassy Visas from London. TLSContact (@Teleperformance) has all appointments booked till June 2. New slots open at midnight, but all gone by the time my browser refreshes! Been trying for 2 weeks. Is someone using bots to poach appointments?
