@RBC, a scam where this number calls, and a recorded message says there have been several attempts to log in to your account. It then instructs you to dial one to speak with an agent. They will then ask you to log in to your account to fix the issue. Just an FYI for you.

@RBC Good day. I live in Timberlea NS part of the fastest growing area of Halifax, and we do not have a cash machine close. The nearest one is in either Upper Tantallon which is a 15km drive or Clayton Park which is a 14km drive. Any chance of getting one?

What’s happening with @RBC trying to get access to your own money. E-transfer status says “sent” recipient not received! Tried calling RBC and been on hold for 20 minutes! Tried sending another transfer, also failed to receive! Do better.

RBC US debit cards are down, at least in the US right now. No communication from the bank, nor on the app or on any newsfeed that I can find. No estimate of when they'll work again. I found out at Home Depot when my card was declined. I'm furious.

We've been loyal business clients for 5 years. Our $50k GIC securing company credit cards matures May 25. We want to reduce the limit and collateral to $15k — simple maturity instructions. Instead, you're demanding a full new application, partner involvement, and credit check just to give us our own money back. This was the answer I received when visiting the branch today. I've thought about it all afternoon and it just doesn't make sense. This after an 8-week delay replacing our business security key, earlier this year, that limited our ability to pay our bills (only e-transfers with limits). Enough is enough. Please escalate — we need this resolved before May 25. #RBCCustomerService @RBC
