If Albertans vote to leave, the USA will ensure their peaceful secession, regardless of what Ottawa or the other provinces think. Strong countries do what they can, weak countries suffer what they must.

This discussion is real, NB MLA wages have been frozen since 08, and has been a point of private discussion for a long time amount colleagues. After this Provincial election, the next cohort of MLAs will receive a sizeable raise beginning in Nov. it is long overdue.
