Walked into CJB airport. Shocked by the antics of @IndiGo6E staff. Aishwarya at the ticketing counter was curt rude and most unhelpful. But her behaviour was not as shocking as this counter staff Prem's - I was just about to check in my baggage when he got up from behind the counter to leave. But instead of walking around the counter, he leapt onto the baggage belt and jumped off with a swagger. Clearly, this seems to be regular practice, because nobody batted an eyelid. I protested, he walked off , leaving the embarrassed other staff to apologise. So... Is it just me?
