Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.

If Gavin McKenna would’ve stayed in junior and played in the #WHL this season, he would’ve had 140 points and the hype surrounding him would have been comparable to Connor Bedard. He had 51 pts in 35 games as a 17/18 year old playing in a way more competitive league. I don’t think people understand how good #NCAA hockey is.

I have been watching prospects since 2005--long enough to be able to say that I watched Marc Staal at age 18. I have also been watching Carson Carels this past year. Somewhat different skills, but enough similar that Drury should grab him any way he can.

Also just from doing this for an eternity this is a common day three conversation when you dislike a pick...myself (and our team) are going to give our honest feelings on each pick in the moment and not tell you every pick is a home run, if every pick was a home run, the Jets aren't in a 15 year playoff drought...I hope Klubnik is awesome, much I still hope Baron, Arian are awesome and that James Morgan and Bryce Petty and Malachi Corley would be awesome but I am not going to say I like a pick when I don't

Similar to Arian conversation on this day last year, while round 4/day three is an uphill climb for all teams, when the #Jerts were making the playoffs those picks went to guys like Leon Washington, Brad Smith, Kerry Rhodes, Jerricho Cotchery, etc - They do matter
