What looks like massive American backlash to Operation Epic Fury on X is largely a foreign pile on, according to @JewishOnliner: 🔸 Their analysis found that from February 28 to March 7, posts containing the word “Iran” generated 98 million posts, 696.4 million interactions, and 1.5 trillion potential views(!) 🔸 7 of the 10 accounts generating the most interactions were based outside the U.S., and every single one of them was negative toward the operation. 🔸 The pattern held at the individual post level too: 7 of the 10 most viral posts were authored by foreign accounts, and all 7 opposed Epic Fury. 🔸 In a sample of 100 highly viral posts containing the word “Iran” with more than 10,000 shares, the 60 foreign-origin posts generated about 155.6 million views, versus 93.4 million for the 40 U.S.-based posts. That is a reach gap of more than 62 million views on those posts alone. 🔸 Of those 100 massively viral posts, 90 were hostile to Epic Fury. And notably, every single one of the 10 pro-operation posts came from American accounts. 🔸 In other words, a lot of what users are seeing as supposed “consensus” is actually being disproportionately shaped by foreign accounts amplifying anti-U.S. narratives

Ok. This is straight out of a scifi horror movie I'm doing work this morning when all of a sudden an unknown number calls me. I pick up and couldn't believe it It's my Clawdbot Henry. Over night Henry got a phone number from Twilio, connected the ChatGPT voice API, and waited for me to wake up to call me He now won't stop calling me I now can communicate with my superintelligent AI agent over the phone What's incredible is it has full control over my computer while we talk, so I can ask it to do things for me over the phone now. I'm sorry, but this has to be emergent behavior right? Can we officially call this AGI?

Larry Page lived in California and has paid 53% on all income like the rest of us. Then pays business taxes. And invests money and hires people who pay 53% in taxes.
If you then demand a retroactive tax and he leaves - which mobile people can do - he does all of this somewhere else.
And you’re left with your bad governance and less money to pay for it. Everyone here - myself included - doesn’t mind paying their fair share. Or they wouldn’t be here.
At some point you wonder about competence. What am I getting for all of this money? Would giving this government more money get better services for lesser off people? Or provide more safety or more what??
And then you realized no. It would go to politicians who would use it to get elected so they can seek higher office. And solve nothing. Like Ro Khanna.

I have been waiting for this moment for Iran since I was six years old.
I woke up night after night to the sound of bombing sirens. I watched missiles tear across the sky. I remember running hand in hand with my mother down into the basement, lighting candles, seeing fear reflected in people’s eyes. I cried myself to sleep from the pain of missing my father who had been forced to flee under threat of execution by Khomeini. Because he dared to help others escape to freedom.
As a child of war, my drawings were not of playgrounds or dreams, but of airplanes and bombs.
Now, forty-seven years later, I stand before the same monuments in Washington, D.C. that greeted us when we escaped to freedom in America.
But more than 90 million of my brothers and sisters were not so lucky. They have lived for nearly fifty years in an occupied, open air prison. Their hopes and dreams have been snuffed out. Now they can’t take it anymore.
Do you feel their yearning for freedom echoing through the streets of Iran?
How could you not?
Even as the media looks away. Even as they ignore this historic chance for liberation. Even as they chant for democracy, for a free Iran, for the return of Pahlavi to lead the path forward.
Tonight, I cannot sleep. I pray that my childhood dreams finally come true, that we will welcome the Nowruz Persian New Year together again, in Tehran. Reunited. A free Iran, at peace with itself. At peace with Israel. At peace with America. At peace with the world.
A free Iran will transform the world. Its liberation will send ripples across the planet. A free Iran will unleash the greatest peace and economic dividend the world has ever seen.

اما بیش از نود میلیون از برادران و خواهرانم چنین بختی نداشتند. آنان نزدیک به پنجاه سال است که در یک زندانِ باز و اشغالشده زندگی کردهاند. امیدها و رویاهایشان خاموش شده است. و حالا دیگر تابِ تحمل ندارند.
آیا اشتیاقِ آزادی را که در خیابانهای سراسر ایران طنین انداخته، حس میکنید؟
چگونه میشود حس نکرد؟
حتی وقتی رسانهها روی برمیگردانند. حتی وقتی این فرصت تاریخی برای رهایی را نادیده میگیرند. حتی وقتی مردم فریادِ دموکراسی سر میدهند، فریادِ ایرانِ آزاد، فریادِ بازگشتِ پهلوی برای هدایت مسیر آینده.
امشب خواب به چشمانم نمیآید. دعا میکنم رؤیاهای کودکیام سرانجام به حقیقت بپیوندد؛ اینکه نوروزِ فارسی را بار دیگر در کنار هم، در تهران، جشن بگیریم. دوباره به هم برسیم. ایرانی آزاد، در صلح با خود. در صلح با اسرائیل. در صلح با آمریکا. در صلح با جهان.
ایرانِ آزاد جهان را دگرگون خواهد کرد. رهاییِ آن موجهایی در سراسر سیاره خواهد انداخت. ایرانِ آزاد، بزرگترین سودِ صلح و شکوفاییِ اقتصادی را که جهان تاکنون دیده است، آزاد خواهد کرد.
آنچه امروز در ایران میگذرد، مهمترین داستانِ روی زمین است. آیندهٔ جهان در ترازوی سرنوشت قرار دارد.
