i saw what collapse looks like in Syria and i cant emphasize enough that it doesn't matter how much you stock up for yourself because however bad you think it will be, it'll be worse. you need to be involved in your local community because it could be life or death without them.

For the first time in 60 years, Palestinians are being barred from praying at Al Aqsa mosque, one of the holiest sites in Islam. This morning, Palestinians tried to pray Eid right outside and were brutally attacked by the Israeli Occupation Forces.

I feel a bit deflated this evening. The UK Covid Inquiry has concluded six years too late that covid is and always was airborne. I fought so hard in my local community to raise awareness and understanding of what airborne transmission meant. I was laughed at, ridiculed, attacked, but I was right. This is cold comfort, because nothing will change - because now they think *it's a good idea to catch everything*. Now they know things are airborne, they'll probably seal the doors and windows to make sure everyone catches everything. It's not the understanding of airborne transmission that's the problem, it's that people now think it's good to get sick. And their broken bodies are less able to fight off infection, so when they catch everything all the damage piles up. I hate this timeline.

I’m hearing that settlers murdered three Palestinians in Abu Falah overnight. That’s on top of one killed in Masafer Yatta yesterday and two brothers killed on Monday in Qaryut. Settlers are on a historic killing spree under the cover of Israel’s war on Iran.

The Sameer Project also hired a dervish that twirls with the Islamic chants mesmerizing everyone who’s watching him. Dervishes are Sufis who pursue a direct experience of God through asceticism, meditation and devotional practices.
