@RachelBuk Although being there is important - being able to refresh yourself and do the things that you need to keep going are really important. It’s difficult as sometimes being seen to do nice stuff is seen as insensitive and not fair. But your own wellbeing matters too.

@rdw1985 Dad also had a stroke, localised to his brain & it dramatically effected his cognition. That's what's upsetting me, time with him is heartbreaking, he's either in pain or asleep & not that aware. I also need my Mum & sister to understand that I still need to do some nice things.

Does anyone have some kind, non judgemental words for someone who's Dad may only have weeks left because of Lymphoma. Anyone with insight and any kind advice appreciated. Feeling really alone.

Last night we got to hear the VAR audio of some decisions from the Premier League season. A little thread, including videos. First, people were expecting too much if they thought PGMOL would go in with two feet and out the biggest errors. This should be viewed as a first step.

@itsallabigail @UKRunChat I use a Garmin Fenix 6. It works perfectly, syncs straight to Strava. Was a long term Apple Watch user, but love my Fenix! Plus the battery lasts 14 days with runs/refereeing thrown in there!!
