My thoughts:
- Case seems very solid, good chance NY wins. Valve will really struggle to argue skins are worthless (emails also v bad)
- Worst scenario for skins = case unboxing removed, rentals kept - but this is v unlikely
- Lawsuit is deserved and way overdue

The New York State Attorney General are suing Valve for promoting illegal gambling with cases. This could affect all skins in CS2. That's likely why Valve focus on the Armory Pass and Genesis Terminal and have strayed away from cases. For skins... this might be bad. Thoughts?

New York won't win, let alone the state even trying to sue Valve is a waste of tax payers money, they shouldnt be envoled in something that the EU has already tried to fight... If the EU couldn't end it lil ol New York will lose... let alone the fact that they have no real basis...

How does this not bankrupt Florida?
I know they have a sales tax and some property taxes would still apply (e.g., investment properties), but my intuition tells me the math won't work here.

Florida is becoming the most compelling state in the USA. 0% income tax rate; soon to be 0% property taxes, runs a budget surplus; has $15B in reserves. It will become the fastest growing state in the next year. States should take note of what is working there and try to emulate.

Absolute clown. I can’t believe he has 9k followers, like it’s insane. I played football up till 6th grade, and outside of college / NFL on Saturday / Sunday, I’ve maybe spent 25 hours of my life understanding the game watching actual coaches talk. And I could run laps around this clown.
