A few years ago, my uncle helped me buy a small piece of land. I didn’t have enough money at the time, so he loaned me the difference. We agreed on a repayment plan and shook hands on it. Over the next couple of years, I paid him back little by little. Every payment was documented and very receipt was kept safely. Eventually, the loan was completely cleared. My sister called me at 11pm saying she needed somewhere to stay. Her husband had put her out. I said come. Obviously. My husband have some contractors coming today to demolish our back porch. First step before constructing a new deck. The best $16 I have spent as a toddler mom was on a 1.5lb bag of gemstones- like the ones you get at those gemstone mining stands.
