Markets are currently only pricing in a minor amount of risk that there may be scarcity in the future. We know this from analysis of futures pricing. If and when scarcity actually occurs, these estimates are too low. Prices could surpass $300.

We went from goaltending, to depth scoring, to changing our identity, to whatever other excuse we’ll find next. The common denominator is one thing but this fanbase is so emotionally attached to players.
