So the registered owner is not necessarily the person who was riding it that day. This information is actually helpful either way, if we locate him, he'll be able to tell us exactly who was driving the bike and his whereabouts. These thieves do things worse than anyone , weeks ago I didn't have my car and the boda guy I picked was a thief who called other guys and they almost strangled me to death only for an iPhone 16pm and 300 dollars in my wallet, now imagine the anger I have in me what would I have done if I got one

You see your son who went in Kampala to work among the people who killed a rugby national star player!! After the mother finding out that you're to face life imprisonment or death, The blood pressure rises, sugar levels rises, rashed to hospital! The mother dies, You have killed 2 people directly and indirectly 😭
