🗣️PROTEST ANNOUNCEMENT 3PM BROADHURST PARK FCUM We have stated our intent to unify our fractured fanbase across all key groups. This is not an easy task. It is clear that somebody has to put a line in the sand then step over it. We will take that step. Recently we met with FC United of Manchester @FCUnitedMcr We wanted to understand how and why they made the decision to walk away. Share ideas and discussed how we can unify and work together moving forward. We know there’s a lot of history here. We know what happened 20 years ago. We know that FC United of Manchester is their continued protest against Glazer. Our meeting was productive, and they are a group of genuine people who have and always will love United. A group who were forced away on principle by the Glazer ownership over 20 years ago. It is clear ethically we have a lot in common and we believe we should all unite under a common unified cause to fight the greed of Glazer together. 👉We will attempt to unify fan groups. Even if this takes tough decisions and actions. 👉We will form a unity charter to outline actions and escalations against Glazer ownership. 👉Like minded and active groups will add their names to this charter to take action On the 29th March we will be at Broadhurst Park for the first event of its kind. A joint protest against Glazer ownership as part of FCUM “The United United” day. Plans are already in motion. We will also be doing a 58 Q&A before the game. We encourage all United fans to join our unified protest which will be at the Stockton Town game. Bring your banners. Bring the heat. Bring the noise. We intend to make a strong statement that we are unifying. That we are mobilising our fanbase for a common goal in solidarity. That there will be more to follow. Get yourself down there.
