I was just giving an example. But due to high taxes and majority welfare programs per capita I would start in the blue states, just as that one YouTuber did and found billions in fraud already. It was so bad it actually caused legacy media to do an investigation and also fraud was found. The red states you are talking about have lower taxes, and lower populations so with the prices of everything rising, and the fraud increasing, it would make sense that they couldn't sustain. But again fraud should be investigated everywhere
