@pearson your customer service is abysmal. I’m paying $140 for a test that you won’t even help me register for and scores don’t report for a month. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve yet to hear from a real person. How can you possibly have so many people calling that I’m on hold all day

@pearson I’ve called your support number and been on hold for hours on end for 3 weeks now. 2 support requests sent. How am I supposed to get help with my account???
