All Department of Defense Aircraft have been flying with the SAM Call Sign since January 20, 2021, which aligns with President Trump's Executive Orders 13912 and 13919 that invoked Title 10 Sections 12302 and 12304 all under Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550, the War Powers Act and that amended section.  And here you see 2 Department of Defense Aircraft with SAM Call Sign, a VC-25 Air Force One with No Call Sign, and a C-32 AIr Force Two with AF2 which is not what the President or Vice President would be rolling with. Your proof comes with the empowerment and education of Laws and Orders and how they function together and separately with the Military and Federal.
