@chilternrailway A ticket refund or offer to travel next day doesn’t compensate those who spend their entire day travelling and not given alternatives. I went back to Birmingham and bought a new ticket for a bus to London. 9 hours and to get from Birmingham to London and additional cost. Madness

@chilternrailway - been evacuated off the broken down train after 3 hours in boiling carriages, toilets out of action and had to climb down then up narrow wooden ladders to get onto next train. A wheelchair user could not get off. Is this the best you can do?

@chilternrailway The staff were extremely friendly and helpful but it was a very dangerous way to get people off. Some had babies and another elderly lady was on crutches down and up ladders!? Then taken back to Leamington spa and left with no alternative options for travel.

I'll also add that having worked in A+E and now working within the medical team, the staff at QEH of all vocations are working tirelessly every day. This wait time is not a reflection of us but rather a reminder that the service is on its knees daily, DESPITE incredible efforts

Tbh I don’t actually disagree with extra signposting highlighting reduced services + haven’t met a consultant who does not support us doing this + many working extra to cover us. My point is that the NHS will not resume to a slick service when these signs come down, it’s chronic

@Royal_Greenwich my building has removed its recycling bins as residents weren't using them appropriately. I still wish to recycle is there an option for this? I can't bare putting all my recycling in the refuse bins it's such a waste. Many thanks for any help.

@AvantiWestCoast the fact you still haven’t released tickets for this weekend’s travel is a truly shocking service. The fact that when they get released (if ever) they will likely be at the last minute prices too with no chance to get them earlier is even more disappointing
